1. Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner (e.g., PostEx) within 1  business day. You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Major Cities: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take 4 to 6 business days.
• Unforeseen delays caused by courier loads, weather conditions, or public holidays are beyond our immediate control.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer a standard flat shipping rate across Pakistan, which is calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping promotions may apply to orders meeting a specific minimum purchase threshold as advertised on our store.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification

• All domestic orders are shipped via Cash on Delivery unless prepaid through available online payment methods.
• For COD orders, we may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to verify your order before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders risk cancellation. Ensure your contact details and shipping address are accurate at checkout.
